Still no internet in my new room, though I am officially moved out/in now. So far I know of a total of 5 rooms, including mine, whose connections are down. I think the problem is that one of the 12 or so network switches that takes care of the building was burned out in the power outage and they don’t happen to have a spare to replace it yet. Conveniently, I found this on the wordpress front page, but most of his suggestions don’t even apply to me because of the impeccable state I keep my computer in all the time.
EDIT: It appears all I had to do was return to my room to find that the internet has been fixed after all. And there was much celebration and rejoicing.
